Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the customer accounts department with a focus on collections and lease renewals. The position involves managing customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, and driving revenue growth while supporting overall store operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring accurate records and payment tracking.
- Assist the General Manager with operational tasks, including reviewing account recommendations and payment history.
- Act as the second-in-command to the General Manager.
- Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and sales.
- Manage the collections process by counseling customers on lease renewals.
- Review and close lease agreements, including verification of customer information and signatures.
- Contact customers with outstanding lease agreements through phone calls and home visits.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure data accuracy.
- Lead and manage the accounts team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Ensure merchandise returned by customers is properly cleaned and certified for resale.
- Complete and maintain vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
- Load, secure, and transport merchandise safely in company vehicles.
- Support the sales team as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old (United States) or 18 years old (Canada) with a valid driver's license.
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements where applicable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment.
- Two years of college or two years of management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Salary:
- Hourly pay range: $14.00 - $14.75 per hour.*
- Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
