Assistant Area Manager
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of multiple restaurants within a specific market area. The position involves driving performance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing the employee experience to align with the company’s core values. Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Past instances of guiding and supervising teams characterized by their high levels of motivation.
- Experienced in cost containment and inventory supervision in a dining establishment or related field.
- Established success in recruiting, training, and preserving a high-performing team while promoting a fun and stimulating work ambiance.
- Finding joy in customer interactions, be it with colleagues within the organization or with external parties.
Requirements:
- It is necessary to be 18 years or above.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Proficiency in being able to stand or sit for extended periods without trouble.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push occasionally.
- Capacity to absorb and understand details presented on orders, tickets, menu boards, and receipts.
- Having a valid driver's license is a must.
- Regular hand contact with water, cleaning agents, and food items.
- Ongoing hand washing is crucial.
- Proficient with computers, telephones, and office equipment operation.
