Job Summary of Store Clerk:

CHS Inc. is seeking a dedicated individual to provide excellent customer service, assist with sales transactions, and maintain store organization. This role requires engaging with customers, managing cash register operations, and ensuring a well-maintained retail environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Store Clerk:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing assistance as needed.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and operate the cash register efficiently.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock merchandise, and organize product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise.
• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer activity.
• Assist in setting up promotions and in-store displays.
• Follow all safety procedures, report hazards, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Store Clerk:

• 1+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math and computer skills for operating store equipment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, as required.
