E.A. Sween Company's new food production plant in Greenwood County, South Carolina, is seeking Food Production Associates to support the production of high-quality food products. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

In the role of Food Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition, that production timelines are met, and that all finished products meet our strict quality standards:

• Employing the guidelines specified in Standard Work for the operation of machinery and equipment.
• Evaluating merchandise to guarantee they meet required standards and recipe specifications.
• Efficiently removing rejected products from the production line as soon as possible.
• Upholding high standards for food safety and quality by consistently following established protocols, including good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Creating a supportive work environment and participating in continuous enhancement activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate for the job would possess the required criteria and skills:

• Being punctual and conscientious in your approach to work is critical to establishing a credible and trustworthy professional reputation.
• Capable of working effectively alongside colleagues, while also following organizational policies and procedures.
• A crucial requirement for this position is the ability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds while working in cool conditions with temperatures at 35-45 degrees.
• Preferred qualifications for this position include previous assembly line experience and knowledge of the food industry.
• Fluent English communication is a highly sought-after trait.
