Restaurant Area Leader
Job Summary:
The focus of this position is to supervise the operational efficiency of multiple restaurants in a particular market area. Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in leading and managing teams known for their strong motivation and dedication.
- Adept at managing expenses and monitoring inventory levels in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Evidenced proficiency in attracting, instructing, and retaining a high-caliber team while fostering an enjoyable work atmosphere.
- Deriving pleasure from engaging with customers, whether they are internal stakeholders or external clients.
Requirements:
- Only those who are 18 years of age or older are eligible.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Competence to sustain standing or sitting for prolonged periods with ease.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push occasionally.
- Aptitude in comprehending written content on orders, tickets, menu boards, and receipts.
- The job necessitates having a valid driver's license.
- Constantly being in touch with water, cleaning solutions, and food products with the hands.
- It is important to wash hands regularly.
- Adeptness in utilizing computers, telephones, and various office devices.
