Truck Unloader

Job Summary:

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the shelves are stocked with the finest products, providing incredible service to customers, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and backrooms.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers and promptly address their inquiries.
• Unload daily deliveries and accurately stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing inventory.
• Verify delivery quantities and quality, and assist in tracking vendor credits and inventory records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and cases to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle products and equipment safely and adhere to sanitation guidelines to ensure food and human safety.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including exposure to cold temperatures and lifting weights as necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a retail or stocking role preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift weights ranging from 8-32 pounds on average and occasionally over 50 pounds.
