Canada Post is seeking reliable and dedicated individuals to join as part-time Post Office Assistants, playing a crucial role in ensuring efficient mail processing and delivering great customer service.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Increase customer retention by selling postal products and services to individuals and companies alike.
• Correctly processing and sorting mail into categories leads to faster and more efficient mail delivery.
• Provide patrons with helpful suggestions, data, and required forms.
• Quickly and thoroughly address any problems related to delivery and service issues without delay.

• The job prerequisites entail a high school degree, provincial equivalency, or practical exposure to the field of business administration.
• Displayed capability to handle public requirements in retail/service surroundings, comprising sales performance and cash transaction management.

• This job demands physical stamina to be able to manage mail containers that weigh up to 50 lb, maneuver boxes, sort mail effectively, and maintain standing posture for extended durations.
