- Function as an expert in the subject matter and deliver versatile help across branch operations as needed.
- Acquire a broad and thorough understanding of all Citi products and services, embodying a positive, customer-centric approach in interactions.
- Quickly resolve account-related issues and promptly reply to customer inquiries.
- Proactively communicate with clients on-site to identify their needs, demonstrate digital capabilities, and appropriately guide them to services.
- Utilize digital marketing resources along with technology to showcase product offers and financial solutions.
- Organize meetings between customers and suitable Citi allies through a blend of physical and digital touchpoints.
- Acknowledge customer problems with a sense of ownership to ensure their satisfaction, guiding clients towards self-help resources when necessary.
- Provide exceptional floor control by warmly greeting and assisting clients, guaranteeing their needs are promptly addressed.

Qualifications and Experience of Personal Banking Associate:
- Customer service, digital engagement, and basic sales or referrals experience should fall within the one to three-year range.
- Personalized service experiences with clients.

- Superior skills in conveying ideas through both speaking and writing proficiently.

Salary:
The remuneration for this part-time job can fluctuate between $24.05 and $31.37 per hour, resulting in an annual full-time salary range of $50,030.00 to $65,270.00.
