Job Summary of Retail Stock Associate:

This position is responsible for executing operational and merchandising processes to ensure a well-organized stockroom and sales floor. The role supports the seamless movement of product from back of house to front of store, helping bring Athleta’s brand to life through excellent customer experiences. This individual contributes to brand loyalty by supporting the team in delivering an engaging, inclusive, and productive shopping environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Stock Associate:

• Maximize sales growth and profitability by maintaining backroom and sales floor organization and ensuring efficient product flow.
• Receive and process shipments, stock merchandise, and support floor operations including fitting rooms and checkout.
• Assist in executing merchandising floor plans and maintain awareness of current product across all departments.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to ensure a smooth and convenient customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor.
• Respond courteously to both internal and external customer needs and requests.

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Stock Associate:

• Strong communication skills with ability to engage customers and team members effectively.
• Problem solver focused on continuous improvement, receptive to feedback, and proactive in taking action.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to address customer needs professionally and efficiently.
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to follow procedures learned through on-the-job training.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, early mornings, or late evenings, depending on store needs.

Salary:

Hourly Range: $15.57 - $16.50 USD.
