Organizational Management Director
Job Summary of Organizational Management Director:
This role supports transformation efforts by facilitating adoption and sustainability of process changes, technology implementations, and organizational redesign. The position works closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive change plans that enable smooth transitions and minimize disruption across the business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Organizational Management Director:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for GTS transformation programs, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.
- Lead the development and delivery of communication, coaching, and training plans to support global change efforts.
- Partner with GTS Transformation Management Office and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners to ensure successful implementation of the new GTS operating model.
- Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to secure resources, drive alignment, and ensure transparency of change progress.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to deliver impactful messaging related to transformation initiatives.
- Provide internal consulting and coaching to GTS program leaders, promoting change agent behavior and organizational readiness.
- Promote change leadership across all levels of the GTS organization, including executive engagement and accountability.
- Identify potential risks, roadblocks, and resistance; develop strategies to mitigate and address them proactively.
- Continuously improve change management practices and tools in collaboration with the broader OCM team.
- Foster strong partnerships and advocate for inclusive, transparent, and impactful change experiences.
Qualifications and Experience of Organizational Management Director:
- 10+ years of experience in change management or related discipline, with a focus on large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong foundation in change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Proven success in managing global communications and training initiatives across complex, matrixed environments.
- Experience supporting technology-driven change, including transition to managed service models (MSPs) is a plus.
- Skilled communicator with experience influencing across diverse functional groups and executive audiences.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and lead teams through change using proactive, solution-oriented approaches.
- Track record of building strong relationships across regions and functional areas to support successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of how individuals and teams experience change and how to facilitate effective transitions.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills in dynamic, high-impact environments.

Salary:
$175,100 – $232,000 USD.
