Sales Representative
Job Summary of Sales Representative:
This role will lead and manage an inside sales team, developing sales strategies, leading team performance, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to optimize team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales targets. The Senior Inside Sales Team Manager will foster a collaborative environment and continuously optimize processes to meet business goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Representative:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the team and market.
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to meet business objectives.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate an inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Provide consistent coaching and development to ensure selling processes and initiatives are executed effectively.
- Conduct coaching sessions and hold crucial conversations to ensure team alignment with business goals.
- Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and trade shows to build relationships and support the team.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Perform audits and address gaps to ensure team calibration with business direction.
Qualifications and Experience of Sales Representative:
- High School or GED Equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales experience.
- 1+ years of sales management experience.
- Ability to efficiently manage a team with limited sales experience.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, driven by financial and career opportunities.
- Advanced selling, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills and technology competence.
- A passion for recruiting, retaining, and developing talented sales professionals.
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales management tools.
- A collaborative mindset, bringing ideas and solutions to ensure team and customer success.
Benefits of Sales Representative:
- Salary Range: $72,000 - $85,000, plus commission potential based on meeting goals / quota of up to $34,000.
