Job Summary of Branch Sales Manager:

You will be in charge of guiding and supervising a team to increase sales revenue and broaden the customer roster. The role entails collaborating with the consumer sales team to create and execute business plans, all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, adherence to regulations, and operational efficiency. This position requires hands-on supervision of employees, monitoring sales operations, and upholding the company’s dedication to moral behavior and risk mitigation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Branch Sales Manager:

• Oversee the sales, service operations, and HR functions within the branch.
• Ensure that employees are focused on the same work priorities and uphold excellent customer service levels.
• Develop plans and budgets to achieve annual objectives for the branch.
• Organize regular team meetings to discuss objectives, tactics, and anticipated outcomes.
• Keep track of branch performance and execute strategies to improve customer happiness.
• Supervise adherence to regulations, internal processes, and strategic risk assessments.
• Recognize the requirements for training, oversee the advancement of career blueprints, and oversee the assessment of performance, recruitment, and dismissals.
• Coordinate the recruitment and orientation processes for sales and operations positions in the branch.
• Uphold strong moral principles, adhere to rules, and handle oversight matters openly.

Qualifications and Experience of Branch Sales Manager:

• A background of 5-8 years of applicable professional experience, with a preference for roles within the banking or financial sectors.
• Demonstrated track record in leading teams and overseeing branch functions.
• Proficient abilities in written and oral communication.
• Remarkable aptitude for analysis and evaluating risks effectively.
• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience is necessary.

Salary:
