Job Summary of Customer Service Technician:
Enhance customer experience by installing and activating high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. This role involves independent work at residential and business locations, ensuring seamless installation and troubleshooting technical issues. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Technician:
- Install and activate broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services for residential and business customers.
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues to ensure optimal service performance.
- Educate customers on product functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
- Operate tools, ladders, and testing equipment to complete installations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Technician:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs., including handling ladders.
- Must weigh under 325 lbs. for ladder safety compliance.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 28 feet and in confined spaces.
- Ability to distinguish wire and cable colors.
- Willingness to work overtime, emergency callouts, and holidays as needed.
- Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.

Salary:
Compensation ranges from $12.80 to $29.06 per hour, with average starting earnings of $47,136 annually.
