Job Summary of Customer Service Technician:

Enhance customer experience by installing and activating high-speed broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services. This role involves independent work at residential and business locations, ensuring seamless installation and troubleshooting technical issues. Deliver best-in-class service while connecting customers to what matters most to them.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Service Technician:

  • Install and activate broadband, Wi-Fi, and voice services for residential and business customers.
  • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues to ensure optimal service performance.
  • Educate customers on product functionality and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Operate tools, ladders, and testing equipment to complete installations efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Technician:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid state driver’s license.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs., including handling ladders.
  • Must weigh under 325 lbs. for ladder safety compliance.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 28 feet and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to distinguish wire and cable colors.
  • Willingness to work overtime, emergency callouts, and holidays as needed.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
