Job Summary of Bealls Lead Supervisor:

This position is vital for assisting in the daily operations of the store by giving guidance, direction, and leadership to associates while ensuring exceptional service and merchandising standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Bealls Lead Supervisor:

• Encourage the growth, mentorship, and loyalty of team members by actively leading and engaging with them.
• Increase guest loyalty and satisfaction by educating team members about the advantages of store credit programs.
• Maintain consistency in store merchandising practices and oversee inventory management procedures.
• Utilize business reports to evaluate the performance of the store and to pinpoint areas where improvements could be implemented.
• Employ corporate software, systems, and established procedures adeptly to achieve operational targets.
• Support the team in achieving results through uninterrupted coaching, recognition, and clear communication.
• Encourage a cooperative and favorable team culture dedicated to supporting guest contentment and associate participation.
• Execute other duties as instructed.

Qualifications and Experience of Bealls Lead Supervisor:

• To be eligible for this opportunity, individuals must have a High School Diploma or its alternative.
• Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of prior experience in a supervisory role.
• Showing sound interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities.
• Displaying effectiveness in solo responsibilities and cooperative tasks within a team environment.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving and task organization skills.
• Skilled in navigating Zebra PDA devices, POS systems, Microsoft Office software, and scheduling applications through practical experience.
• Ability to accommodate diverse shift requirements, including mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Individuals must demonstrate sufficient vision, speech, hearing, and physical aptitude to effectively perform essential job functions, with or without appropriate adaptations.
• Demonstrated competency in managing loads of 20 pounds through lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying is essential.
• A key competency for this role is the capability to engage in activities that require bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching.
• Reliable transportation and a current driver’s license are crucial for this opportunity.
