Shift Supervisor
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of multiple restaurants within a specific market area. Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in overseeing and directing teams with a deep sense of motivation.
- Experienced in overseeing expenses and maintaining optimal inventory levels in a restaurant or alike environment.
- Confirmed aptitude in selecting, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team while encouraging a positive and lively work environment.
- Enjoying interactions with clients, both those inside the organization and those from external sources.
Requirements:
- One must have attained the age of 18 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing or sitting without issues.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push occasionally.
- Ability to scan and comprehend information displayed on orders, tickets, menu boards, and receipts.
- This role mandates holding a valid driver's license.
- Hands frequently in contact with water, cleaning solutions, and food substances.
- The act of washing hands regularly is necessary.
- Proficiency in operating a range of office equipment including computers and telephones.
