Store Area Leader
Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the operational effectiveness of numerous restaurants within a specific market location. The job involves optimizing performance, upholding stringent standards of cleanliness and safety, and managing employee satisfaction to align with the company’s foundational principles. The Area Supervisor will be instrumental in developing strategies for continuous enhancement, managing financial targets, and nurturing an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and motivate teams, overseeing every aspect of the business operations.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior background in directing and inspiring teams with a high level of motivation.
- Capable of controlling costs effectively and handling inventory management in a restaurant or comparable environment.
- Proven expertise in hiring, educating, and retaining a talented team while nurturing a vibrant work culture.
- Enjoying the process of interacting with clients, regardless of whether they are from within the organization or not.
Requirements:
- The minimum age requirement is 18 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Skill to maintain a standing or sitting posture for an extended period of time.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push occasionally.
- Competence in processing and reading orders, tickets, menu boards, and receipts.
- A valid driver's license must be held for this requirement.
- Continuous exposure of hands to water, cleaning solutions, and food items.
- Hand washing frequently is a vital practice.
- Capacity to operate computers, telephones, and other tools found in an office setting.
