Job Summary of Senior Designer:

This position is responsible for shaping and evolving the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, packaging, digital platforms, and special projects. The role emphasizes innovative design, strategic storytelling, and cultural relevance. A deep understanding of fashion, design principles, and collaboration with internal and external teams is essential to ensure consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Senior Designer:

• Lead the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and cultural relevance.
• Design assets for campaigns, packaging, in-store displays, social media, and digital platforms aligned with brand strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into visually compelling creative that resonates with modern, diverse audiences.
• Stay informed on fashion and cultural trends to create fresh and forward-thinking design work.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and production partners to drive creative initiatives and brand consistency.
• Ensure storytelling is integrated into all creative outputs, reflecting brand values in an inspiring and authentic way.
• Maintain the highest standards of design quality, attention to detail, and innovation across all deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience of Senior Designer:

• Proven experience in brand design, creative direction, and campaign development.
• Expertise in graphic and presentation design with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy with the ability to translate it into engaging visual executions.
• Deep knowledge of the fashion and cultural landscape and the ability to convert insights into creative outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Sharp eye for detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovative design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on clarity and professionalism.

Salary:

$114,900 - $152,200 USD.
