Shift Leader

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience through effective leadership, team development, and maintaining operational excellence. The position requires overseeing daily restaurant activities while promoting team collaboration and fostering career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction at all times.

• Ensure required certifications are obtained and maintained by the team.
• Assist with restaurant administration tasks, including scheduling and training.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to oversee daily operations and maintain high service standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation procedures, and company policies.
• Capable of handling cash, making change, and processing transactions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed.

Salary:

• Competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
