General Manager
Job Summary of General Manager:
You will be tasked with managing and directing a team to stimulate sales growth and broaden the client base. Working closely with the consumer sales team, you will develop and execute business strategies while also ensuring customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position involves hands-on management of employees, supervision of sales endeavors, and maintaining the company’s commitment to ethical practices and risk management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of General Manager:
- Lead the coordination of branch sales and service operations, as well as oversee human resource activities.
- Ensure that employees are committed to work priorities and consistently deliver excellent customer service.
- Execute annual branch goal attainment through strategic planning and budgeting.
- Facilitate daily team meetings to convey objectives, strategies, and expected results.
- Oversee branch progress and implement strategies to enhance customer delight.
- Ensure the implementation of regulatory requirements, internal safeguards, and initiatives for managing risks.
- Ascertain the training prerequisites, oversee career expansion initiatives, and manage performance evaluations, recruitment, and terminations.
- Handle the recruitment and onboarding activities for sales and operations roles within the branch.
- Ensure ethical conduct is prioritized, comply with regulations, and address control issues openly.
Qualifications and Experience of General Manager:
- Preferably looking for individuals with 5-8 years of applicable work experience, with a background in banking or financial services being highly valued.
- Documented history of leading teams and managing branch activities.
- Competent in conveying messages clearly through written and spoken language.
- Proficient in risk management with a keen analytical eye.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical expertise is a prerequisite.

Salary:
The annual income is in the range of eighty thousand, four hundred eighty to one hundred twenty thousand, seven hundred twenty dollars.
