• Swiftly address and thoroughly resolve any issues related to delivery and service problems.

Qualifications and Experience:

• An individual is required to possess either a high school degree, provincial equivalency, or relevant business administration experience.
• Proven capacity to engage with customers in a retail or service setting, encompassing sales pitch and processing financial transactions.
• Adequate knowledge of accounting systems utilized in general or postal offices.
• The job entails being able to handle mail containers that weigh up to 50 lb, manipulate boxes, sort mail, and stand for long periods of time.
