Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Service Banker:

• Enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience by showcasing products and educating clients about ATM, Online, and Mobile banking platforms.
• Function as a knowledgeable resource and deliver versatile aid across different areas of the organization as requested.

• Effectively handle account-related concerns and promptly respond to customer requests.
• Proactively involve clients in branch activities to recognize their needs, showcase digital solutions, and make relevant service recommendations.
• Employ digital marketing tools and technology to display product promotions and financial services.
• Establish links between customers and relevant Citi affiliates via physical and virtual interactions.
• Assume responsibility for resolving client problems to ensure their utmost satisfaction, steering customers towards self-help resources as needed.
• Offer excellent floor coordination through friendly interactions and support for clients, making sure all their needs are promptly attended to.
• Complete monetary transactions while adhering to bank policies and uphold accurate documentation of cash management.
• Cultivate an inclusive setting, encourage unity among team members, and enhance the overall branch ambiance.
• Teach clients about the perks associated with using Citi’s automated and online banking services.
• Follow Citibank’s operational, legal, and regulatory guidelines to ensure the safety of client and bank assets.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Service Banker:

• One to three years of pertinent experience in customer assistance, digital interaction, and fundamental sales or client recommendations.
• Engaging with customers directly for service purposes.
• Showing a strong focus on serving customers and a passion for assisting them.
• Proficiency in effectively communicating ideas both verbally and in written form.
• The capacity for analytical thinking and adeptness in resolving issues are essential skills.
• Elementary skill level in using computer and online banking software.
• Retail background is preferred but not mandatory.
• Education: A high school diploma or a comparable qualification is necessary.
