Job Summary of Inside Sales Manager:
This role leads and manages an inside sales team, focusing on sales strategy development, team leadership, and performance optimization. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Manager:

- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
- Track and analyze market and team sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Provide consistent coaching, development, and accountability to ensure the execution of quality sales processes and strategies.
- Conduct call coaching sessions and critical conversations to improve sales outcomes.
- Attend appointments, customer account reviews, and trade shows as needed.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Conduct audits and address any gaps in team performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
