Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Encourage and guide your team of Retail Assistants to have a customer-centric attitude, where the focus is on taking care of the customer's needs above everything else
• Deliver real-time guidance and education on Primark approaches to work while emphasizing appreciation, exchange of messages, and personal welfare
• Engage in collaborative efforts with the store management to facilitate smooth operations and create a retail team that shines in terms of performance
• Supervise and manage a dedicated area within a department by allocating daily tasks to team members and overseeing their completion, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Help with hiring, welcoming, and growing Retail Assistants, prioritizing an atmosphere of ongoing education and progress
