Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility as a Food Production Associate will be ensuring that our production processes are running efficiently and that the quality of our food products is consistently high:

• Abiding by Standard Work rules during the use of machinery and equipment.
• Reviewing goods to ensure they meet recipe specifications and intended quality standards.
• Rapidly removing the products that failed quality control from the manufacturing process.
• Emphasizing the importance of food safety and quality by implementing rigorous standards such as good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Fostering a positive workplace culture and joining in efforts to innovate processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• One of the most important aspects of achieving professional success is developing a robust work ethic and being punctual.
• Demonstrates a collaborative spirit, while also taking care to comply with company policies and operating guidelines.
• One of the mandatory requirements for this role is being able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally and working in chilly conditions at 35-45 degrees.
• Applicants who possess previous experience working on assembly lines and in food-related industries are most suited for this job.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English is a valuable skill.
