Job Summary of Teller:

Your role includes assisting with sales execution, executing outstanding service duties, and helping the customer service division. The main objective of this role is to solidify client connections, foster loyalty, and contribute to the growth of individual consumer accounts by delivering personalized financial solutions and an outstanding client journey.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Teller:

• Provide guidance on business credit requests that fall below $250,000 and liaise with the relevant teams for more substantial financing requirements.
• Initiate referral opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the Member Get Member (MGM) Program to expand referral networks.
• Develop strategies to grow the clientele of small businesses and execute sales plans catered to the targeted Book of Business customers.
• Enhance customer interactions by proactively communicating through outbound and inbound calls, solidifying existing relationships while also establishing new ones.
• Train Tellers and branch staff on different products available, understanding customer needs, and ensuring proper referrals.
• Enlighten clients on the different service and digital channels they can utilize, leveraging marketing tools to present product offers and financial solutions.
• Comply with Citibank’s policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements while assessing risks and protecting Citibank’s assets.

Qualifications and Experience of Teller:

• Individuals with a background of up to two years in banking, retail, or sales are preferred for this role.
• Understanding Smart Banking tools and technologies is crucial for keeping pace with advancements in digital banking solutions.
• Confirmed registration and adherence to NMLS Safe Act requirements, ensuring full compliance.
• Excelling in the art of conveying thoughts and information through writing and speech.

Salary:

The annual salary could be in the range of $54,100.00 - $75,500.00.
