Job Summary of Retail Supervisor:
This position supports store leadership by executing functional tasks, driving selling behaviors, and leading process execution to maintain store productivity and meet goals. The role emphasizes delivering a seamless customer experience, promoting loyalty programs, and collaborating with the team to uphold brand standards. Focused on performance and leadership in key areas, the position helps model behaviors that support the overall customer experience and store success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Supervisor:
- Support store leadership by executing assigned functional tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Model and promote selling behaviors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Assist in driving customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs and encouraging enrollment.
- Provide leadership support during non-peak hours by prioritizing customer needs and ensuring task completion.
- Ensure the completion of daily store tasks and checklists, including opening and closing procedures.
- Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle, product knowledge, and inventory processes.
- Utilize omni-channel tools to support seamless customer interactions across platforms.
- Uphold all compliance and safety standards and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.

- Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom and lift items up to 30 pounds.
