Job Summary:

As a Team Leader at Primark, you will inspire and lead a team of Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience while optimizing sales. This role offers you the opportunity to grow within a dynamic retail environment that values people and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate and coach your team to create an engaging store environment and enhance customer experiences.
• Manage a designated section of a department, overseeing daily tasks and inspiring visual displays.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Sales Associates while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Collaborate with store management for smooth day-to-day operations and high team performance.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
• Ensure stock file accuracy and drive improved product availability based on customer demand.
• Oversee pricing accuracy and ensure compliance with Primark Pricing Principles.

• Strong interpersonal skills to coect with customers and lead your team effectively.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service while maintaining high store standards.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of local market trends.
• Ability to guide and support a team toward achieving goals.

• Strong organizational and plaing skills to meet deadlines.
• Keyholder responsibilities, including cash and stock security management.

Salary:

• Pay range: $26.00 - $27.50, based on experience and location.
