Job Summary:
This role involves assisting customers in managing their accounts by driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals. The position requires building strong relationships through both in-person and phone interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and support ownership goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, updating information in the store system.
- Contact customers regarding lease agreement renewals through phone calls and home visits.
- Educate customers on the benefits of timely lease payments.
- Assist in setting and achieving revenue and renewal targets.
- Facilitate merchandise returns and customer deliveries as required.
- Inspect and certify returned merchandise for resale.
- Complete vehicle maintenance and route documentation as needed.
- Safely load, secure, and transport merchandise in company vehicles.
- Support the sales team with customer interactions and transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must be at least 21 years old (United States) or 18 years old (Canada) with a valid driver's license.
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements where applicable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with equipment.
- Two years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.

Salary:
- Hourly pay range: $13.25 - $14.00 per hour.*
- Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
