Job Summary:
This role is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and supporting store operations. The position involves generating leads, processing agreements, managing renewals, and maintaining the showroom to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
- Set sales goals and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Assist the General Manager with operational functions.
- Process lease agreements and payment renewals.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle and move merchandise as needed.
- Assist with deliveries when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Sales and marketing aptitude.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Must be at least 21 years old (18 in Canada).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Two years of college or previous management experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT certification requirements (U.S.).
- Flexible availability between 8 AM and 9 PM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 300 lbs. with assistance.

Salary:
- Hourly pay range: $12.75 - $13.50 per hour.*
- Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
