Job Summary of Chef:

We are in need of a dedicated and driven individual to join our team. This position is vital in upholding the quality of dishes that align with our restaurant’s reputation for excellence. The preferred candidate should possess a meticulous approach, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep-seated enthusiasm for preparing exceptional meals in a sanitary and efficient kitchen environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Chef:

• Establish workstations and arrange necessary ingredients in accordance with prescribed recipes and menu criteria.
• Maintain and operate kitchen appliances in a secure and proficient manner.
• Utilize a range of culinary approaches to craft dishes with reliable quality and taste.
• Pay close attention to the presentation and intricate details while setting up the dishes.
• Ensure that the kitchen remains clean, sanitized, and well-ordered without fail.
• Ensure that the ingredients are of high quality and freshness through consistent monitoring.
• Support in overseeing inventory, storing food items, and maintaining stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience of Chef:

• Established background in the culinary arts; completion of a culinary program is preferred.
• Experienced in food handling and adept at using diverse culinary skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizing tasks and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
• Skillful in conveying information and excelling in team cooperation.
• The capability to juggle various responsibilities and promptly attend to requests in a culinary setting is a must.
• A high school diploma or a similar qualification is necessary.
• Willingness to be available for closing shifts once a week when applying for an evening job.
