Job Summary of Trucking Delivery Driver:

Drivers will establish positive relationships with customers and ensure their needs are met on an assigned route schedule.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Trucking Delivery Driver:

• Operating a large truck safely to distribute products to assigned customer locations.
• Conduct the manual unloading and transportation of a variety of merchandise, ranging from meats and fruits to frozen foods, groceries, and dry goods.
• Cultivate and uphold positive relations with clients through friendly conversations.
• Understand customer procedures to ensure their needs are met and expectations are satisfied.
• Keep to the assigned route schedules and meet the delivery deadlines promptly.
• Ensure a spotless driving record and obey all traffic regulations and laws.
• Check vehicles for any issues before setting off and upon reaching the destination.

Qualifications and Experience of Trucking Delivery Driver:

• Individuals must have reached the age of 21 to be considered.
• Observe the protocols for pre-employment background verification and drug testing.
• Possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) and ensure a driving record that is clean and free of violations.
• Strong English language communication proficiency.
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing 40-60 pounds, and up to 100 pounds repeatedly.
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the requirements of overtime work, weekend shifts, and holiday coverage.
• Familiarity with customer delivery accumulated over a year.
• Applied knowledge and expertise in hand cart and hand truck duties for six months.
• Six months of hands-on experience in Food and Beverage.
• Displaying two years of unwavering professional employment.
