Department Manager

Job Summary:

As a Department Manager at Primark, you will lead your department, focusing on maximizing sales, managing inventory, and maintaining high store standards. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee department operations, driving sales and ensuring inventory aligns with customer demand.
• Analyze market trends and department performance data to enhance sales strategies.
• Hire, train, and motivate a team of Sales Associates and Team Leaders.
• Maintain a competitive edge in pricing, products, and customer experience.
• Ensure exceptional shopping experiences for customers and a positive work environment for your team.
• Manage keyholder responsibilities, including cash and stock security.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team and customer interaction.

Preferred:

• Experience in roles such as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong plaing and organizational skills.

Salary:

• Pay range: $63,000 - $77,000, based on experience and location.
