Job Summary of Sales Manager:

You will responsible for leading and directing a team to drive sales growth and expand the client base. The position coordinates with the consumer sales team to develop and implement business strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence. This role involves direct management of staff, overseeing sales activities, and upholding the firm’s commitment to ethical practices and risk management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Manager:

• Take charge of branch sales and service activities, as well as human resources duties.
• Keep employees aligned with key work priorities and ensure that they meet customer service expectations.
• Ensure that annual branch goals are met through effective planning and budgeting.
• Manage daily huddles to articulate goals, strategies, and anticipated results.
• Track branch performance and enact measures to elevate customer contentment.
• Direct the coordination of compliance activities, internal frameworks, and initiatives to mitigate risks.
• Pinpoint the training requirements, govern career development programs, and manage performance assessments, recruitment, and dismissals.
• Organize the recruitment and orientation efforts for sales and operations roles within the branch.
• Maintain elevated ethical standards, follow regulations, and manage control issues transparently.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Manager:

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Established track record in team management and branch administration.
• Strong communicator with the proficiency to express ideas eloquently in both written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills in risk assessment and management.
• Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree or comparable professional qualifications.

Salary:

The yearly compensation is within the range of eighty thousand four hundred eighty dollars to one hundred twenty thousand seven hundred twenty dollars.
