Responsibilities:

Leadership and Communication

• Notifies management in advance when needing to reschedule work attendance.
• - Makes it a priority to attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Addresses issues that the Team Leader cannot handle to the Manager who is on duty.
• Aims to fine-tune personal leadership techniques to achieve higher levels of performance.

• Oversees the productive flow of the Drive-Thru to maintain timeliness in service.

• Confirms that all procedures are followed correctly in the completion of tasks.
• Writes shift updates to inform leadership and other key individuals about significant occurrences.
• Secures the safe function of all equipment as per company protocols.

Customer

• Ensures customer satisfaction through timely order delivery.
• Maintains the appearance of the dining establishment to cultivate a positive impression.
• Manages customer complaints following company policy with an emphasis on customer contentment.

Finance

• Demonstrates responsible usage of corporate assets.
• Maintains exactness in financial transactions by following company cash handling guidelines.
• Watches over cash management practices and inventory control procedures.
• Oversees the cash deposit preparation process and management of the change fund.
• Implements measures to control labor and food expenditures and boost operational effectiveness.

Physical Requirements:

• The applicant needs to be able to lift items up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Skill set that allows for standing throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry, and push.
• Continuous exposure to water, cleaning agents, and food items.
• Frequent handwashing.
