Job Summary of Service Desk Member:

Your role as the face of our establishment is crucial in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Service Desk Member:

• Provide a warm welcome to customers and assist them in accurately ordering their desired items.
• Conduct cashier responsibilities, consisting of processing payments and returning correct change.
• Fine-tune your proficiency in preparing and serving Freddy’s frozen custard creations.
• Ensure that both the dining area and front counter remain clean and orderly.
• Assist with replenishing supplies and keeping workstations orderly.
• Ensure timely, helpful, and proficient service throughout each shift.
• Follow best practices for maintaining food safety and sanitation.

Qualifications and Experience of Service Desk Member:

• Individuals older than 15 years are eligible to participate.
• Sociable and hospitable character with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting guests’ expectations.
• Capability to perform various tasks at once and exhibit a calm attitude when faced with pressure.
• Attentive to specifics and consistent in work practices.
• Promoting a group-oriented mentality alongside a thirst for advancement.
