Job Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Food Production Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your duties will include:

• Operating machinery and equipment according to Standard Work guidelines.
• Inspecting products for quality and adherence to recipe specifications.
• Removing rejected products from the production line promptly.
• Following food safety and quality protocols, including good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Contributing to a positive work environment and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have a strong work ethic and good attendance record.
• Can work well in a team environment and follow company policies and procedures.
• Are able to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally and work in cool conditions (35-45 degrees).
• Preferably have previous assembly line experience and food-related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
