Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Experience Manager:

  • Source, recruit, and handle a team with a variety of associates.
  • Encourage loyalty and credit programs, ensuring that the team communicates the advantages to guests in a compelling manner.
  • Enforce consistency in store merchandising criteria, regulate product circulation, and monitor inventory protocols to uphold brand coherence.
  • Employ business reports to lead decisions and ensure answerability for performance outcomes.
  • Ensure smooth operational procedures and optimize workflow efficiency within the store.
  • Implement standard organizational software, platforms, and operational procedures.
  • - Stimulate and uplift associates by engaging in coaching, feedback, and recognition strategies.
  • Foster a sense of cooperation and active participation among team members.
  • Execute duties beyond the usual scope of work.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Experience Manager:

  • A high school diploma, or an equal credential, is a key requirement.
  • Ideal candidates will have a background that includes one to two years of management experience.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal competencies.
  • Proficiency in working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Competent in utilizing Zebra’s PDA, POS systems, Microsoft Office suite, and scheduling programs.
  • Openness to working flexible timetables, including weekends, evenings, and festive seasons.
