Job Summary of Seasonal Sales Associate:

This position is responsible for delivering an outstanding in-store experience by engaging and connecting with customers, providing expert product knowledge, and driving brand loyalty through exceptional service. The role includes educating customers on merchandise, promotions, and omni-channel tools while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. A strong focus on teamwork and productivity ensures a consistent and premium shopping environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Sales Associate:

• Engage with customers to deliver excellent service and enhance the in-store experience.
• Promote customer loyalty programs and educate shoppers on membership benefits.
• Drive sales by actively seeking out customers and utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
• Support store operations including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times.
• Execute operational processes accurately and efficiently to ensure store readiness.
• Handle all customer inquiries and returns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Utilize omni-channel tools to provide a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
• Meet personal and store goals to contribute to overall business performance.

• Effective communicator with the ability to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.

• Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and adapts quickly to change.
• Solution-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement and open to feedback.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Proficient in using retail technology and point-of-sale systems.
• Physically able to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Salary:

Hourly range: $16.50 - $17.50 USD
