Job Summary of Kitchen Team Member:

The primary duty of this role is to prepare and cook various food items, all the while ensuring that they meet the required standards of quality, presentation, and food safety. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness in the work environment, sticking to recipes, and following safety procedures are essential aspects of this position.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Kitchen Team Member:

• Create dishes in accordance with predetermined recipes and standards for plating presentation.
• Ensure all designated preparatory duties are completed effectively.
• Establish and structure work areas in accordance with the provided guidelines.
• It is essential to consistently follow sanitary guidelines for food preparation and handling.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace at the beginning, throughout, and at the end of each shift.
• Fulfill the allocated cleaning responsibilities on a daily and weekly basis.

Qualifications and Experience of Kitchen Team Member:

• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Capability to stay on one's feet during the entirety of the shift.
• Capable of comfortably lifting objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
• The preferred age for participation is 18 years or older.

Salary:

Compensation is set at between $14.50 and $18.00 per hour
