Job Summary of Assistant Manager:

Responsible for supporting store leadership in driving profitable sales growth by executing store strategies focused on customer satisfaction, merchandising excellence, and team development. This role helps bring the brand to life by fostering a culture of collaboration, productivity, and continuous learning within the store environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

  • Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams.
  • Own and manage an assigned area of responsibility within the store.
  • Implement action plans that improve operational efficiencies and team productivity.
  • Perform Service Leader responsibilities to ensure a seamless in-store experience.
  • Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
  • Represent the brand while staying aware of the competition and broader retail landscape.
  • Encourage and participate in local community engagement initiatives.
  • Utilize omni-channel platforms to provide a frictionless customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Manager:

  • 1–3 years of retail management experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and guide teams toward goals.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for retail and customer service.
  • Performance-driven with a focus on key business metrics.
  • Experienced in coaching and mentoring to foster growth and accountability.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
  • Proficient in retail technology systems and platforms.
  • Physically able to navigate the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support store operations.
